This weekend, the Village of Ridgefield Park commemorated the Fellowship Centennial with events throughout the day honoring a tradition of unity that began in 1925.
At the evening gala, RPHS Class of 2025 student Isabella Gomero was honored for receiving the Fellowship Scholarship, which she was awarded this spring for her moving essay on why the softball game matters. In her essay, printed in the event program, Isabella explored how the values of integrity, purpose, and service embodied by both organizations inspire her to carry these principles forward as she transitions to college. Principal Melissa Cavins was present to celebrate Isabella's achievement, which reflects the academic excellence and strong character we nurture in our students.
By connecting the next generation to meaningful community traditions like this, we ensure that the values of fellowship, service, and unity continue to shape the future of Ridgefield Park.
